Check-ups + coaching
With your consent, what you learn at a check-up can reach your coach and shape what comes next.
Rooms + the Commons
Every room opens onto the Commons, so you cross paths with people and have somewhere comfortable to stay.

Our story
Basketball was my whole world growing up. It gave me purpose, routine and a dream to work towards. When an Achilles injury ended my playing career, finding the right support to recover became part of my life. Since then, recovery has been a constant, something I’ve had to work through physically at different points in my life.
Years later, I was raising twins, working full time and trying to build my first business on the side as a way out of the rat race. I pushed myself into burnout, something I never thought would happen to me. It took three months to feel close to myself again. Training, mindfulness and time in nature helped, but I was finding them in different places and trying to work out how they fit together on my own.
I know what it’s like to need support and have to figure out where to find it. We’re expected to take responsibility for our health, yet movement, recovery, rest and guidance are often scattered across different places.
During a visit to my uncle at Spring Spa in Bali, I watched people move between the gym, sauna, massage and doctor. I wondered why those things couldn’t come together in one place, with a community around them.
That question became the starting point for Biocus. I’m building a place where people can move, recover, rest and understand their health, with support around them and less to figure out alone.
Questions
Is Biocus a gym, a spa or a clinic?
A bit of all three, in one House. Training, recovery and health check-ups sit side by side, with the Commons connecting them. We call it an integration space.
Can I visit Biocus yet?
Not yet. The first House is in development. Sign up and we’ll keep you posted on opening plans and membership as they’re confirmed.
What will membership include?
Everything in the House and the Commons, including the sessions on the community timetable. Doctor’s check-ups and bloodwork are booked separately, and pricing will be confirmed before we open.
Do I need to use everything?
No. Come for the parts that matter to you, and combine them when it suits your day.
What happens when I sign up?
You’ll get news about the first House and membership, alongside The Integration, Joshua’s weekly note on the work behind Biocus. Signing up is free and doesn’t reserve or buy a membership.
